Using the same protein base as our White Meat Diced Protein, we have used natural ingredients to create a  red meat brown colour. Happy Paddock Plant Protein Pieces is an ambient ingredient with a long shelf life, intended to be rehydrated, seasoned, and cooked with an eating experience similar to diced beef or lamb. 15-25mm when dry, Happy Paddocks Beefless Pieces increase approximately 1.25 times in size when rehydrated or to 20-30 mm. When rehydrated, Happy Paddocks Beefless Pieces increase in weight to approximately 500g of ready to cook protein. Happy Paddock Plant Protein Pieces can be used in a wide variety of dishes as a plant-based protein with authentic meat-like texture and mouthfeel. The nutritional profile includes 21.9g protein per 100g serve, 3.4g of BCAAs and are a planet-friendly option for vegan dishes, red meat substitute or addition to a meat-based dish.
